New Certificates

Individuals who have earned the CPSGT, RPSGT, or CCSH designations will receive an email from The Award Group with instructions on how to claim their complimentary certificate and wallet card. This email will be deployed during the last week of the month that you passed your exam/recertified your credential. In order to claim your complimentary certificate it is important that you follow the instructions in the email. The email will contain your login information. Once an order is placed, it takes 8 weeks to get through production and mailed to your doorstep.

An important note to our international credential holders: The professionally printed and embossed certificate and wallet card are provided on a complimentary basis by BRPT. However, the international S&H costs that we incur by our certificate vendor are the responsibility of the credential holder at the time of claiming their certificate. The fees associated with international shipments are not set by us, nor do we elevate the fee or collect any monies whatsoever to send the certificate to an overseas address. Those fees are set and collected by the delivery company that our vendor uses and are totally outside the scope and control of the BRPT.

If you would like a printable digital PDF copy of you CPSGT, RPSGT, CCSH, CSE or or any other certificate of attendance for a program offered by the BRPT emailed to you, please submit a request through the Self Service Portal.  All PDF requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
