We apologize that some of you may have had parcels returned that require signatures. That is a direct result of our limited access to our office space during the government-mandated COVID-19 stay-at-home orders. In the State of Virginia, where the BRPT offices are headquartered, we have started a Phase 1 reopening plan that should, we hope, reduce or eliminate this problem as full-staffing levels are authorized to resume in our office building.
