Re-applying RPSGT Candidates

If you have taken the exam within the past 3 years with no success, you are considered a Re-Applying Candidate. You will be required to submit a copy of your BLS/CPR with your application, regardless of having submitted it with your last application.   All other required supporting documentation from your New Candidate Application is already on file.  To learn about our privacy policies, how we process your data, and your rights, please visit our Privacy Policy here.

Exam Approval

Once approved to test, candidates will receive an exam authorization email to the address provided within 7-10 business days. Candidates will be instructed to contact Pearson VUE Testing Centers to schedule an exam date.

Please be advised: If your email server strictly quarantines messages from unknown sources as “spam”, we strongly recommend that you monitor both your inbox and your spam folder for the approval email.

Should you wish to mail in a paper application, you may download it here. Please be sure that it is filled out in original ink, and mail it as well as your updated BLS Certification if necessary to us in an envelope that does not require you to bend or fold the application. Please note that if your application is incomplete for any reason, it will be rejected and returned to you along with a letter explaining our reasoning. In order for it to be approved, you will be required to resubmit it along with a $50.00 rejection fee.
